Herpes Balm
An excellent ointment to treat shingles, cold sores and genital herpes. Take equal measures of bees wax, honey and extra virgin olive oil. Melt the bees wax over a low heat in a bain marie and add the honey and oil. Mix until smooth. Store in a clean pot.
Directions
Shingles: For best results smear the ointment on some gauze and place the gauze over the affected area. Reapply 4 x daily.
Cold sores: Dab the affected area regulalary through the day and anytime you feel the tingling.
